“Look no further as you have found a wonderful company to do your move. We moved from Barrie to Oro and have nothing but praise for Nick and his crew. “My friend had used NP movers in the past and highly recommended them. Well I wasn't disappointed. On Nov.12/15 they showed up on time and ready to work. Friendly courteous staff, and nothing was to much trouble when asked to move objects around. All items were wrapped and shrink wrapped where required. Not a scratch on a large move. “Nick and his team moved us from the south end of Barrie to Shanty Bay recently and I couldn't have been happier with the service. From the first phone call for a quote, to the minute the last box was brought in, everybody involved with NP Movers was a pleasure to deal with. The moving team arrived promptly and having received their instructions, immediately got to work. The 3-man team worked tirelessly for 8 hours, moving everything from enormous heavy items, to delicate heirlooms, without any issues. They were also extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NP Movers to everyone - a huge thank you to Kathy, Nick and the rest of the team!”

Two years ago I had a very bad experience with a different movers who didn't show up on moving day. Kathy in the office was wonderful to deal with, very reassuring and very tolerant of me needing to check and double check on the appointment. On moving day Nick and his crew showed up right on time. They were professional, friendly, careful and so hard working. Because of the logistics of our move,they worked from 9 until 6 pm. “I am a new resident to Barrie and had the extreme pleasure of dealing with NP Movers located in Barrie. I have moved several times over 40 years, and have never dealt with such a fine company. NP Movers are a family-run business who are kind, considerate, compassionate and extremely competent. My entire townhouse was packed professionally in one day. They were friendly, kind and more than willing to do anything I asked them to do. When moving day came, Nick, Peter and Anthony showed up on time and worked non-stop until everything was done. NP Movers are tops in my books. I recommend them highly – good people are hard to find.”

“You hear so many horror stories about movers, choosing one is a stressful experience. Not so with NP Movers, who were recommended to us by our new property manager. Our move was from Maple to Barrie. These guys were great. We were moving a 3 bedroom house. They promised 3 men, but brought an extra man at no charge to make the move faster. They were very efficient, professional, and polite. They didn't take a break, and had the truck packed full within 2 hours of their arrival, which I thought was amazing. No surprises with the price. They never quoted a final price as they didn't know exactly how long the move would take, but they charged only the rates they quoted. They even gave us a senior's discount. The final price was a few hundred dollars lower than other quotes we received. They handled our possesions with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. If you want movers who are honest, no-hassle and no-surprises, you won't regret hiring NP Movers.”

“I Used NP movers to move my parents to Barrie from there Mississauga Home in 2012, did'nt think it was still possible to find such a dedicated professional and friendly, service any more, they went above and beyond even in short notice running down to clear out the garage the day before the home closed. My Sister used there services again in 2015, and was again very pleased. I will be moving in July and I know only one number to call, NP's. Cheers Guys!”

“We were very pleased with the services provided by NP Movers when all our belongings needed to be moved from storage units to our new house. More than just punctual and reasonably priced, they were also efficient and speedy, while taking great care to protect our things. In communicating with us during the move, every member of the team was polite and cheerful, which eased the tension of such a big move (thirty-seven years' worth of accumulated stuff!). With all items, even the large and heavy, NP Movers was co-operative, flexible, and accommodating. What could have been a stressful ordeal seemed more like a joyous occasion. “We just used NP Movers for the second time, and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were there exactly when they said they would be, and then moved very quickly and efficiently until they were done. Everything was packed securely and arrived in tact. We had a table for the backyard that we learned wouldn’t fit through our side yard, nor through the house – so with permission from our neighbour, they took it through her yard, and then lifted it over the fence into ours! We were blown away with how quickly everything happened. We had done this move three years earlier in the opposite direction (we just moved back into our house after being living in out of town for three years) with another moving company, and with NP it took only slightly more than half the time! And a lot of the time was the unavoidable three hour drive!”

“I called NP Movers to move us from a house to a condo. The guys were early and made sure to place runners on the floor as the move was done at the end of January. They took care with all of our large and heavy furniture. They also took care in wrapping things that would be easily scratched or broken. They worked like a well oiled machine and even though we were at the end of the hallway and only had a two hour window to move in because the elevator was booked after us, they were fast and efficient! I have used many movers in the past and none have impressed me. NP Movers not only impressed me, but they were less expensive than other local movers. I will be recommending them to all of my clients. As a realtor, it's difficult to find trades you can trust and show up when they say they will. Call NP Movers, you'll be glad you did!”
